Joy Steele is a Licensed Massage Practitioner in the State of Washington. A 2010 graduate of the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts, and member in good standing with ABMP, Joy brings over a decade of commitment to serving people as she follows her calling to help others in their pursuit of healing.
With prior backgrounds in personnel management and humor writing, Joy brings a unique perspective in the human experience. Joy's massage modalities include: Therapeutic, Swedish, Relaxation and Deep Tissue with Thai influences. She is also expanding Marine View Massage's menu to include Pregnancy Massage.
In her spare time, Joy is involved with children, family and community activities along with her husband Dan. When asked about living and working in Des Moines, Joy responds, "I can't imagine being anywhere else in the world!"
Her goals are pretty simple: "Healing the world, one body at a time."

Dan Steele is a Licensed Massage Practitioner in the State of Washington. A 2001 graduate of the BodyMind Academy, and long standing member of the ABMP, Dan has been actively practicing in the Normandy Park and Des Moines communities for approximately ten years.
As a sports enthusiast and youth coach, Dan has extensive knowledge of body mechanics and kinesiology. His treatment modalities include: Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Injury Treatment, Trigger Point and Reflexology; with a clear focus on helping the body heal according to its needs.
Dan is a dedicated husband and family man, whose spare time is filled with activities for his children, wife and community. He loves living and working in Des Moines, and is committed to helping people live pain free lives.
He is resolute in his belief of the Marine View Massage motto: "Life is too short to live in pain."
